SHIPPING:


Shipping Pricing includes insurance, labor, and supplies. We aim to make our surfboard shipments bomb proof (but unfortunately not forklift proof) so they make it you you in one piece. This takes time, sturdy boxes, and quality packing supplies.

Shipping Rates are calculated at check out.

What to Do If You Receive a Damaged Surf Board (while this happens very rarely there is always a small risk):

  1. Take tons of Pictures. If the box appears damaged upon arrival please take pictures of it. Also, take lots of pictures of the damage to the board.

  2. Contact us immediately: Nick@highlinesurfsupply.com and send the pictures of the damage.

  3. We will compensate you for the damages. If its a total loss you will receive a full refund. This is why we include insurance in our shipping costs. If there are minor dings, we will cover any repair fees.

We can ship air freight for airport pick-up or door to door and can provide a quote for both services.

Air freight is typically the cheaper option. If you’d like an air freight quote provide an airport that you would be willing to pick up from.

Clothing: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason contact nick@highlinesurfsupply.com withing 30 days of purchase. Your Refund will be processed. If you need a new size, an exchange will be set up. If you just don’t like it. Send it back for a full refund.
